We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our intake team includes bilingual English-Spanish coordinators with clinical training in MS care. A registered nurse is always reachable for urgent clinical questions.

Skilled care visits are scheduled in coordination with patient and family preferences:
- Routine visits: Monday through Friday, typically 8 AM to 6 PM
- Saturday visits available for clinically indicated cases
- After-hours visits available for urgent skilled needs
- 24/7 nursing on-call for clinical questions and emergencies
