Who We Are
MS Home Health Care is a specialized division of Focus Family Care, a Florida-based, Medicare-certified home health agency that has spent more than a decade caring for South Florida families in their own homes. We launched our MS-specific program because we saw what too many families were dealing with: home health agencies that knew home health, but didn’t know multiple sclerosis.
MS is different from the conditions most home health programs were built around. The medications are different. The fall risks are different. The fatigue is different from anything most clinicians have ever seen in another diagnosis. The disease itself moves in patterns that require specialized clinical judgment — and the South Florida climate adds a year-round complication that doesn’t exist for our peers in other states.
We built a program designed for that reality. Our nurses, therapists, and aides are trained specifically in MS care. Our care plans account for the symptoms and risks unique to multiple sclerosis. And our intake process is designed to get a registered nurse into your home within 24 to 48 hours.
Our Credentials
Our chiropractors are licensed professionals with years of clinical experience. With specialized training in spinal health, posture correction, and rehabilitative techniques, we provide safe, effective care for patients of all ages.
We stay up to date with modern methods and combine them with proven chiropractic principles to achieve lasting results.

Our Promise
If you choose us, here’s what we promise: clinical care delivered by people who know MS. A care plan built around your specific symptoms, your specific home, and your specific family. Honest answers about what Medicare covers and what it doesn’t. And the kind of communication that means you never feel like you’re chasing us for an update.
If we ever fall short of that, tell us. We will fix it.
We serve all seven South Florida counties: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, St. Lucie, Martin, Indian River, and Okeechobee. Our central office is in West Palm Beach with care teams deployed county-wide.

How We're Different
From your first visit, we focus on making you feel welcome and at ease. Every session begins with a short consultation to understand your needs and ends with practical guidance for lasting results. Our goal is not just relief today, but long-term wellness.
MS-Specialized Clinical Team
Our nurses are trained in catheter management for neurogenic bladder, injection teaching for MS disease-modifying therapies, and the specific medication reconciliation challenges of MS care. Our therapists work with MS-specific gait, spasticity, and energy conservation programs. Our entire clinical team understands the Jimmo Settlement and applies it daily.
Direct Employees, Not Registry
Every nurse, therapist, and aide who walks into your home is a Focus Family Care employee — supervised, trained, and continuously evaluated by our clinical leadership. We do not use contracted registry staff who rotate between agencies.
True 24/7 Coverage
Our intake line is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our patients have access to an on-call nurse around the clock for clinical questions, medication concerns, and urgent care coordination.
Direct Communication With Your Neurologist
Every clinical visit is documented and communicated back to your referring physician. Your neurologist is part of the team — not on the outside looking in.
